Italian Wines by Pasqua, Italy-Celebrating 100 Years
Wine 1: Pasqua Pinot Grigio
A fruity, intense wine with a strong character. The color is straw yellow tending to golden. On the nose it displays floral and fruity notes reminiscent of white peach with shades of Williams pear and tropical fruit. On the palate it is complex, intense and balanced, revealing notes of toasting, hazelnut and vanilla, all aromas deriving from aging in wood.
Wine 2: Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé
The Corvina varietal, which dominates in terms of percentage, was chosen for the floral aromas as well as the significant acidity it gives to the wine. Trebbiano brings elegance and a long finish; Syrah gives fine fruit and spice notes to the glass and finally, Carmenère creates structure, ensuring stability over time. This is a fresh, enveloping rosé with an intense and complex bouquet, created to accompany spring or summer evenings and more.
Wine 3: Pasqua Passione Sentimento Red
This wine tells the love story that made Verona famous all over the world, that of the sweethearts Romeo and Juliet. A legend, a place, a myth that attracts thousands of tourists every day to visit one of the most romantic places and invites them to leave and exchange messages of love in the courtyard of “Juliet’s house”. An original photograph of the Juliet’s courtyard by photographer Giò Martorana has become the only look for these wines, an unmistakable element of their identity.
Wine 4: Pasqua Desire & Lush Zin
A wine with a depth red color; a warm nose that reveals intense aromas of plums, red fruit, spicy notes, vanilla, coffee and cocoa. On the palate, it is warm and round, full body and tannins are soft and velvety. FOOD PAIRING Ideal with grilled or roasted red meats and seasoned cheeses
