Sta Rita Hills: Santa Barbara Winery Chardonnay
The Sta. Rita Hills AVA has achieved much acclaim for its Chardonnays, and this classic lives up to its Reserve title. The grapes came from Lafond Vineyard. 100% barrel fermentation and aging, with additional malolactic fermentation, has resulted in a beautifully creamy, complex wine. -90 points WE
Sta Ynez: Andrew Murray Rosé
Andrew Murray - St, Ynez AVA :harvested at peak Rosé maturity—early, with lower sugars and bright acidity—during the cool hours of the night. After harvest, the grapes were gently pressed off skins to collect free-run juice. Fermentation was encouraged to start immediately in 100% stainless steel, and we aged the wine in the same tank, on lighter lees until bottling.
St.Maria : Au Bon Climat Pinot Noir
Au Bon Climat -St. Maria AVA/St. Rta. Hills/St. Ynez-This wine is a trademark of Pinot’s coming from Santa Barbara County with classic fruit aromas followed by an earthy depth. Aromas of red currant, blueberry, and blood orange greet the nose, followed by subtle hints of bay leaf, white pepper, and wet stone. The palate is well-balanced, with just the right amount of tannin and acid, resulting in superb structure and a delightful mouthfeel. FOOD PAIRING: This wine lends itself to all kinds of food pairings, but matches best with easygoing meat dishes. Try this Pinot Noir with tri-tip sandwiches and salsa, smash burgers, or even a salad with strawberry and mint.
Sta Ynez: Andrew Murray Syrah
A wine with a depth red color; a warm nose that reveals intense aromas of plums, red fruit, spicy notes, vanilla, coffee and cocoa. On the palate, it is warm and round, full body and tannins are soft and velvety. FOOD PAIRING Ideal with grilled or roasted red meats and seasoned cheeses
