Meet Our Wines from Piedmont:

Barolo DOCG-

Monchiero Carbone- Barolo is a wine of exceptional quality, produced by Nebbiolo grapes. There is no compromise when it comes to the :King of Wine”: a long aging process, first in wood, then in bottles, is the only way to reach excellence. The nose is round, strong, spiced, with floral and has fruity hints. The taste is full and elegant, well-structured with well-balanced tannins, and a long finish. Pairs well with meat ravioli, red meat dishes, sheep and goat cheeses, as well hard cheeses!
