Why Blind wine tasting?

It is designed to mitigate biases that may influence a taster's judgment, such as knowledge of the wine's geographic origin, price, reputation, or visual appearance. Numerous studies and experiments have demonstrated the powerful impact of these biases on perception and evaluation. Therefore we do these “Blind” Tastings every couple of months to get a better understanding of what we know and what we like. Join us- You will learn something about your palate!
