1489 Roseblood Blanc,
Provence pairs with seafood, light salads, and dishes with herbs, especially those with citrus or herbal notes, making it a great choice for spring and summer meals. 

Roseblood Rosé, Provence pairs with cheeses, light pasta dishes, fresh seafood, making it a great match for dishes like chilled oysters, shrimp cocktail, and ceviche.

No Brainer Merlot, CA pairs with dishes with mushrooms and fresh herbs, and poultry and red and roasted meats


Rusack Ballard Canyon, 2019 Estate Syrah, Solvang CA pairs with grilled meats like steak, lamb chops, and barbecued meats, stews and aged cheeses.
