We did it again, another collaboration with Spaghettini Restaurant. We created a Spring wine pairing to welcome the blooming year of peace, love, and happiness. Each bag contains a seasonal wine carefully selected by The Modern Cellar and delightfully paired with a Spaghettini At Home recipe (we’ve even paired a Spotify playlist for you)! Order before March 31st and enjoy a Pick-Up Party & Free Corkage at Spaghettini on April 8th.

What’s Included:

    • Far Niente Chardonnay

Far Niente
Chardonnay

  • Rich Chardonnay with creamy, oaky structure and a long finish. Has the right balance of fruit and acid to drink solo or with food.

  • Pairs excellent with Thanksgiving Fare! Of course the turkey but specifically with the Spaghettini cookbook side dishes: Roasted Yams (pg # 46) Sauteed Haricots Verts (pg #47) and Buttermilk Mashed Potatoes (pg #58).

Bella Union
Cabernet Sauvignon

  • Bold structure with fruit forward tannins, and balanced oak. Beautiful example of top California Cabernet producers.

  • Pairs with red meat and even chocolate desserts such as the Spaghettini Prime Rib (pg #118) and Flourless Chocolate Cake (pg #48). Very festive cuisine.

Jacquart Mosaïque
Brut Champagne

  • This is a bright champagne that both champagne lovers and novaces love and enjoy. 

  • Pairs excellent with appetizers, like the Spaghettini Heirloom Tomato Bruschetta  (pg #42) , Artichoke Dip (pg #54), and Ahi Tower (pg #90). Can even be used for your champagne cocktail! (pg.#26)
